While our beautiful home was under construction, people would ask “Who is building your new house?” When I answered “Lagadinos Building & Design,” everyone always reacted the same: “Oh! You have a great builder!” Now that our home is complete, and just turned 5 years old, we feel we had the finest builder in Cape Cod build our home.
Nick Lagadinos is a man of quality who believes in quality in ALL stages of construction. We are no longer surprised when someone in the field mentions with surprise that “my builder” did such high quality work, even when it wouldn’t be seen. I’ve come to expect comments like that.
Most importantly, he created a very special place for our family. We remained friends during the process and to this day rely on him and his staff for the continuing projects that we have undertaken with this home and a subsequent rental property.
Nick Lagadinos’ direct and honest approach and creativity cannot be compared.
