With Lagadinos Building and Design, we had none of them: the nightmare stories of change orders, overruns, questionable workmanship, and failure to follow-up. On the contrary, our experience was virtually without any “bumps in the road.”
Most remarkably, we successfully completed two major renovations of our home and we were 1800 miles away in Dallas. This is not traceable to us but to the professionalism, absolute integrity, good taste, and creativity of Nick and his terrific team! It is not an exaggeration to say that the whole experience was even “fun” – we received weekly email photos by which we were able to easily track progress.
In summary, there are any number of superlatives that we could use to apply to our experience with Nick; none is more important to us than the deep integrity that was evident throughout the entire time. Our projects were finished on time, on budget and the end result was even better than we had imagined it would be!
